Three (3) of the "lucky" nominations have been given a complete digital overhaul to the landing page of their website courtesy of Lightning Creative and 3bucksaday.com. Our panel has selected a Business to Business site, a Business to Consumer site, and a non-profit site for the refresh.
Competition winners will get a brand new custom designed interface (valued at $1,500), and 6 months membership of one of 3bucksaday.com service (valued at $540).
That's a total value of about $2000! and we're giving away 3 of them!
For every nomination that you make you will also be entered into our random draw for a gift pack from Eastlink for Business (valued at $100). We also have a second gift pack for a door prize!
The Extreme Makeover "reveal" of the chosen sites as well as the before/after websites will be held at the February 10th TecSocial at Membertou Trade & Convention Centre. Our Extreme Makeover panel will provide an overview and demonstrate through the selected sites the best methods to optimize a website to compete globally in the digital world.

Our panel
Sean Coyle has over 15 years experience in the field of marketing. Working as both an entrepreneur and educator, Sean has developed innovative solutions for a variety of clients. His previous jobs have included President and Co-owner of the VMP Group, Director of Marketing for Advanced Glazings Ltd. and Vice President of Marketing for Techlink Entertainment Ltd. Currently, Sean owns and operates Fresh Marketing. Sean Coyle conceived of the idea for 3bucksaday.com.

Dave Kim was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. He migrated to Cape Breton in 2003. He held the position of Lead Graphic Artist for several years at Techlink Entertainment, developing next generation graphics, animations, and user interfaces. His background is in marketing communications, project management, and user interface/user experience.
Gavin Uhma has been programming and tinkering with Internet technologies since 1999. A native of Cape Breton, Gavin graduated from the BTI program at CBU in 2008. With many credits to his name, including launching multiple facebook games, Gavin is an experienced programmer and web application developer. Gavin also developing an innovative and effortless, real-time social browsing experience called slashjoin.
