Marcato has developed web-based, collaborative, project and performance management software for the music industry.  The company’s two products: Marcato Festival and Marcato Musician help festivals, musicians, agents, artist managers, venue managers, promoters and record labels to thrive in the highly fragmented and rapidly changing music industry.  The company’s products are in market, with a favourble response from customers and industry insiders.  Sales have been established with low customer churn.  Over the summer, Marcato has been focused on honing the sales and go-to-market strategy for the company.  Customer metrics and dashboards are now in place to track progress, bringing greater focus to the Marcato team.

Join us to hear Darren talk about what his team has done to build an integrated, demand-generation framework for the business.  During his presentation he will talk about how they generate leads and traffic into their sales funnel.  He will also provide insight into their system that supports and nurtures the sales process.
